Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate in HR Management processes and projects, specifically supporting Global Functions mentored by the HR Business Partner;
Participate in end-to-end recruitment processes;
Draft Job Descriptions, share and confirm them with Line Managers;
Post and manage job advertisements on Safilo Job Portals, Safilo LinkedIn Corporate Page ect.;
Screen applicants’ resumes and actively search and source for prospect candidates through different channels;
Manage relationship and network with potential candidates;
Arrange and participate in interviews, collect feedback on candidates;
Conduct, under tutor’s supervision, specific HR projects with relevant impact on organisational design and people development;
Support and monitor the deployment and enhancement of HR policies and procedures;
Assist in preparing Organizational Charts;
Other duties in support of HR Team as required.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- University degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or Law;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint);
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Strong interest in Human Resources function;
- Empowered, organized and precise person;
- Strong communicator, ability to listen;
- Capable of working under pressure and leading multiple projects with tight deadlines;
- Open mind, willingness to learn.
